    More Collaborations – More Conversations

     

    To address Strategic Goal 2, I have identified the following priorities:

     

    ·        Regularly attend school faculty meetings

    ·        Visit a school or facility each day – Central Office person will join me

    ·        Meet informally with each Union Leader, in addition to continued scheduled formal

    Labor/ Management meetings

    ·        Limit Central Office meetings, but develop a culture of “open doors”

    ·        More celebrations: Highlight individuals from all stakeholder groups at Board meetings

    ·        Empower each employee to do his or her best work, respecting the training and experience of each employee, thus promoting ownership of each one’s sphere of work
