HOW TO OBTAIN AN ABSENTEE BALLOT

Application for an Absentee Ballot can be obtained by contacting the District Clerk’s Office (716-286-4204) or click this link “Application for Absentee Ballot” to access an application.

Application must be received by the District Clerk at the address noted below at least seven (7) days before the election if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, or the day before the election, if the ballot is to be delivered personally to the voter.

If you are listed with your county board of elections as an Absentee Voter due to permanent illness or physical disability, you will automatically receive an absentee ballot for every election until your registration is canceled.
