To Parents,
Guardians, and Friends:
The function of education is both social and individual.
Socially, education
seeks to help people become effective members of society.
Individually, education provides skills that enable a person to lead a
productive, satisfying
life and respond to new experiences.
Education is the human right of all children. Education should
prepare children for political, social, and economic life.
Education should continue throughout their lives and ensure
comprehensive, all-around development.
The aim of education, therefore, should be the creation of a system
which makes it possible for all children to develop commensurate with
their potential into
well-rounded, well-informed citizens who are able to service and adapt
to an ever-changing society and world.
The goal of the Instructional Office, therefore, is to help create the
systems, processes, and services that will enable staff to accommodate
and increase student learning and impact instructional performance.
